Broaching machines are workhorses and must facilitate use of extreme cutting forces, especially because the broaching operation also generates vibrations. For the same reasons, the machine design must be sufficiently robust and rigid. At the same time, the machines should meet highest component accuracy requirements. Our broaching machines are made of robust fabricated, stress relieved structure with cast iron guideways, working plate and other critical components. The hydraulic power unit consists of branded elements like Eaton, ATOS, Kawasaki, Nachi, Yuken, Spica etc.

Our Table-up broaching machines are designed to save floor space, eliminate need of pit as well as elevated operator platform. The machines are suited perfectly for cellular concept manufacturing and for mass production. The component loading / unloading is at industry standard level of —1000 mm from ground level, enabling loading of bigger and heavier components with ease. Due to zero relative speeds of puller and lifter, the level of accuracies that can be achieved are higher. The operator intervention is only once in the total cycle compared to twice in conventional broaching machine concepts.

Our vertical hydraulic push-down broaching machines are designed to save floor space and eliminate need of pit, with the use of 2 inverted hydraulic cylinders, precisely mounted on the top plate of the machine column. Our hydraulic as well as electro­mechanical horizontal broaching machines are extremely flexible to suit almost any form of broaching. Due to extremely rigid and heavy construction, the accuracies that can be achieved are high. Due to the horizontal configuration, the operation of the machine is at floor level making thefeeding of large and heavy work pieces easily possible. No platform or pit is required, and ceiling height is not a limitation. This configuration is perfectly suitable for relatively lower production volumes.
